I absolutely loved my time at the hotel! The location was amazing, right by the beach and with lots of dining options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast choices. The facilities, especially the pool area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The value for money was good, but there were some additional costs like paid Wi-Fi.
The rooms don't have a proper sea view as they are nearly all at a 45-degree angle, resulting in only a partial view, which is disappointing considering the extra charge. However, the rooms were beautifully appointed with the best amenities, combined with the amazing time I had enjoying everything FS Maui had to offer.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice living room area, but being over the staff carpark was a minor drawback. The service was extremely caring and friendly, ensuring my needs were met. The location was a big plus, overlooking the beautiful plants and flowers and the pool area, providing a luxurious retreat. The dining experience offered great options with a mix of buffet and a la carte choices, but the price for some items was a bit high.
